Thank you for using Grain Ledger to review and sign a document electronically. This disclosure explains the electronic signing process and your rights when using electronic records and signatures through Grain Ledger. By choosing to sign electronically, you agree to the terms described below.

Acceptance and Consent

When you apply an electronic signature to a document through Grain Ledger, you consent to use electronic records and signatures for that document and related signing notices. Your consent is intended to satisfy the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and other applicable electronic-transactions laws.

Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures

When you select the action to sign and complete the electronic signing process, you intend your electronic signature to have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. A signature, contract, or other record may not be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form.

System Requirements

To review and sign documents electronically, you must have access to:

• A stable internet connection
• An active email account
• A current web browser and device capable of opening and reading documents
• A way to download or print documents for your records

Electronic Delivery of Documents

Documents and notices related to the signing process will be provided electronically through Grain Ledger or by email. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and ensuring that you can receive and open messages and documents sent to that address.

Consent to Electronic Transactions

By completing the electronic signing process, you consent to conduct this transaction electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic signature is intended to bind you and the organization you are authorized to represent to the terms of the document you are signing.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to use an electronic signature at any time before completing the signing process. If you do not want to sign electronically, do not select the final signing action. Contact the sender of the document or email support@grainledger.com for assistance. Withdrawing consent may delay or prevent completion of the related agreement or service.

Updating Your Information

Keep your contact information, especially your email address, current with Grain Ledger. Update your account information when available or contact support if your information changes during a signing process.

Retention of Documents

After signing, you will have an opportunity to view, download, or print the signed document for your records. Grain Ledger retains electronic agreement records in accordance with the governing agreement, applicable legal obligations, and our retention practices. Access through your Grain Ledger account may not remain available indefinitely, so you should retain your own copy of every electronically signed document.

By proceeding with Grain Ledger's electronic signing process, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclosure. You agree to use electronic signatures and electronic records for the document presented to you.
